We are currently seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our team at our North York office. As experts in branding and marketing, our experienced team is dedicated to helping clients identify and seize opportunities for growth. Over the past decade, we have built a robust clientele, including Fortune 500 retailers and clients across Canada. We take pride in helping brands expand their reach by successfully entering new markets. Our specialty lies in crafting tailored direct marketing strategies that add value to our clients' brands.

Our clients rely on us to provide a face-to-face customer service experience. We achieve this by nurturing our existing customer base and offering personalized attention to new clients. Delivering the highest quality customer service and fostering strong, lasting relationships with our customers is our team's top priority. This full-time position involves in-person sales and direct interaction with customers.

Job Details

  • Training by management and sales team daily to become an expert in existing client promotions, products, and ways to assist in enhancing new customer acquisitions
  • Providing a high level of service unique to every individual in an approachable and friendly manner
  • Utilizing product knowledge and providing expert advice to resolve arising questions in regards to our clients brand and mission
  • Customizing our consumer’s packages with competitive pricing based on our marketing database and industry trends
  • Collaborating in person, either one-on-one or in a team setting, contributing innovative marketing and sales tactics to fellow marketing and sales representatives
  • Presenting our clients brand to our targeted audience in an efficient way that brings our brand story to life and enhances customer acquisition margins

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and long-term success.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by following proven processes and bringing your unique perspective to the table.
  • Contribute to the development of team-wide strategies and provide insights that elevate campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets

Our ideal candidate

  • 0-2 years of experience in either customer service, marketing, advertising, sales, retail or telemarketing
  • Must be able to start working immediately if needed
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience developing positive relationships and/or solving customer problems
  • Partners effectively with others to ensure coordinated, efficient account management
