We are currently seeking to add a Junior Sales and Marketing Associate to our dynamic team to help drive continued client success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client accounts with various customer bases across the GTA
  • Provide superior customer service to customers and clients 
  • Demonstrate sales expertise by adding new customers while also nurturing strong relationships with existing clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understand their needs and provide them with personally tailored solutions 
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate product information to customers 
  • Identify and address customer concerns
  • Collaborate and support the sales and management teams in developing strategies for business development 
  • Must be dedicated to cultivating a team environment that encourages and rewards honesty, professionalism, respect and inclusion

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role 
  • Motivated about an uncapped commission structure with additional bonuses
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, analyze and read customers to provide innovative customer solutions
  • Outgoing and energetic personality that easily allows you to connect with customers and clients 
  • Capable of working well in a team and independently 
  • Customer service oriented, ready to go the extra mile for colleagues and clients 
  • Responsible, proactive, accountable 
  • Goal oriented
  • Must be looking an in person role (not work from home) and full time hours 
  • Tenacious, innovative, and possess superior sales skills
  • Adaptable to the fast-paced environment of a growing company
  • Competitive and self-confident but thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Capable of thriving in a high-stress environment with a high volume of work to be completed daily
