Field Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries in a face-to-face setting
  • Actively listen and understand client needs to recommend the best solutions and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to clients effectively
  • Provide personalized assistance to clients to address their needs and resolve any issues
  • Process orders and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business
  • Meet sales targets while providing exception customer service 
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Field Sales Representative Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in sales, retail, customer service, or the restaurant industry
  • Motivated about an uncapped commission structure with additional bonuses
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, analyze and read customers to provide innovative customer solutions
  • Outgoing and energetic personality that easily allows you to connect with customers and clients 
  • Capable of working well in a team and independently 
  • Customer service-oriented, ready to go the extra mile for colleagues and clients 
  • Responsible, proactive, accountable 
  • Must be looking an in person role (not work from home) and full time hours 
  • Tenacious, innovative, and possess superior sales skills
  • Must be available for full-time hours
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and clear and engaging communication skills
  • Positive attitude with lots of energy, self-motivation, personal integrity and an entrepreneurial flair
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Able to start within 1 to 2 weeks
  • Regular access to a vehicle is preferred
